Payment is charged once the retreat becomes guaranteed.

## What is a guaranteed retreat?

A retreat becomes guaranteed once the minimum group size has been met. At this point, the retreat is confirmed to run.

## Do I need travel insurance?

Yes. Travel insurance is mandatory for all UpTrek travelers.
